Is the jewelry waterproof?
Our jewelry is made of high-quality stainless steel, which means it is water-resistant. So you can wear it while showering, swimming or exercising without it discoloring or damaging quickly. However, we recommend that you clean your jewelry thoroughly every now and then and avoid contact with aggressive chemicals (such as chlorine or perfume) for a longer lifespan.
How do I ensure that my jewelry stays beautiful?
Clean your jewelry regularly with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and grease. Avoid contact with perfume, chlorine and other chemicals. Store your jewelry in a dry place, preferably in a jewelry box or pouch, and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent discoloration.
What piercing size do I need?
At Loocq Official we mainly offer ear piercings of 6 mm. This is the standard size that is comfortable for most people and is suitable for different types of piercings, such as lobe and helix. Do you have a special preference or are you unsure about the size? Please feel free to contact us, we are happy to help you!

Are your products suitable for people with sensitive skin?
Our jewelry is made from materials such as surgical stainless steel and titanium — materials known for their skin-friendliness and often worn by people with sensitive skin.
However, every skin type is different. Some people can even react to stainless steel or gold-plated jewelry, especially after prolonged wear or if the plating wears off. In that case, we recommend choosing titanium or even solid gold , as this is the safest choice for extremely sensitive skin types.
Do you have a known metal allergy? Then we recommend choosing only our titanium jewelry, or feel free to contact us for personalized advice.
Order & Shipping
How long does a delivery take?
We always process your order within 24 hours after you have ordered.
For the Netherlands and Belgium, delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days.
For other EU countries we usually count on 3 to 7 working days, depending on the country and the delivery service.
We send most orders as letterbox parcels, so you will receive your parcel in your letterbox – so you don't have to be at home especially for it.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code from us so you can easily track your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our jewelry not only to the Netherlands and Belgium, but also to other countries within the EU. This way you can easily shop at Loocq from many European countries!
Please note that delivery time for international shipments may be slightly longer than for the Netherlands and Belgium.

How can I return item(s)?
At Loocq, we want to make the returns process as easy as possible. If you're exercising your right to return a product, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt, unworn, in its original condition, and with the seal intact.
Please ensure you package your parcel securely. This allows us to easily track your return and process it more quickly. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

How are the jewelry packaged?
Our jewelry is hygienically packaged in a sealed, transparent bag. Once this seal is broken, the product cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
In addition, each piece of jewelry comes in a reusable Loocq pouch — ideal for taking with you on your travels or keeping safely in your bag.
Your order will be shipped in sustainable paper and cardboard packaging. Even our bubble mailers are completely plastic-free and made of paper.
