Shipping Policy
At Loocq, we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Normally, we process and dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving them, exceptions aside (such as holidays or unforeseen delays).
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via PostNL. In most cases, we send parcels as mailbox packages, so you don’t need to be home for delivery.
Delivery Times

Free shipping within the Netherlands for orders over €50 and Belgium over €75.
Track & Trace
Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with a track & trace code, allowing you to easily follow your package.
Delays or Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service or packages that do not arrive due to incorrectly provided addresses. Please double-check your details before completing your order.

At Loocq, we consciously choose plastic-free and recyclable packaging. Even our bubble mailers are made entirely of paper.
