Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with labels attached, and in the original packaging. You also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will then evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.
